What a mobile service generates
The stream itself is simple: butterfly sets, straight needles, holders, lancets and the occasional gauze with blood on it. It is the transport that needs designing.
The workable pattern is a small, sealed, puncture-resistant container per phlebotomist that never opens in the vehicle, consolidated at a base and shipped or collected from there. Services covering several states usually run mail-back, because it reaches all 50 of them.
