Two facilities of the same size can need completely different services. An acupuncture clinic fills a one quart container over months. A dialysis floor fills a large one in a shift. The difference is not square footage, it is what happens in the rooms.
So we start from the work: which procedures run, how often, and where the waste is first held. That decides the container, the placement and the interval, and it usually decides whether you want a truck at all. Under roughly 50 lbs a month, mail-back is normally cheaper and simpler than scheduled pickup.
