Industrial roots
Greer Enterprises, LLC starts handling bio-hazard removal and medical waste for its industrial customers. At first it is one service among many, for customers who do not need a regular schedule.

Into the medical industry
Greer sees medical offices losing trust in the medical waste "giants", and sets out to serve health care facilities, physicians, clinics, dentists, funeral homes and tattoo studios with cost-effective, compliant service.

BioMed Solutions
To keep growing, Greer renames its medical waste division BioMed Solutions. It specializes in medical and pharmaceutical waste, with OSHA and HIPAA compliance services. The team stays the same.
