What hospice care generates
Subcutaneous lines, injection sharps and a few dressings make up most of it. By weight it is almost nothing. By logistics it is a nurse in a family home at the end of a long day, needing somewhere safe to put a used needle.
The answer is the same as for home health: a sealed container carried by each clinician, consolidated at the office or the inpatient unit, and one compliant route off site from there. Where an office is outside the pickup area, mail-back covers it.
