Our Amalgam Recycling System allows you to properly dispose of scrap amalgam, which contains traces of harmful mercury. Amalgam waste CANNOT be discarded in regular trash or in bio-hazard containers with other red bag and sharps waste. Anything that contains amalgam must be disposed of in a specifically-designated container for proper recycling.
How mail-back works
The system is shipped to any address in the US. Keep the box.
Use the container until it is full, or as long as your state rules allow, then seal it.
Close it in the original box with the materials provided and use the prepaid label.
Live email tracking from pickup to destruction, then an electronic certificate of disposal.
Call either office and tell us what you generate in a month. We will point you to the right system, or to scheduled pickup if your volume calls for it.
