Three states, three rulebooks
The waste is the same in every town on this page. What governs it is not. Alabama permits the truck through ADEM. Florida permits the generator through your own county health department and gives you thirty days to get the waste out. Mississippi requires neither a transporter permit nor a manifest, and its own environmental agency recommends you insist on the manifest anyway.
That is why each town here has a page rather than a line in a list: the county you are in decides who you apply to, and the state you are in decides what you have to be able to show. Pick your town and the page tells you which it is.
